ALREADY nice enough?

When I was first commissioned to photograph this property before it was demolished, I have to admit I was slightly puzzled as to why. The existing house had plenty of potential and, with some modernisation, could have become a beautiful family home.

However, when my client invited me back to photograph the completed project, the reason became immediately clear.

What now stands in its place is an exceptional luxury home, designed and built with remarkable attention to detail. Every aspect of the property has been carefully considered, creating a space that feels both contemporary and welcoming.

The heart of the home is a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area, flooded with natural light and offering uninterrupted views across the expansive garden. Elsewhere, a dedicated cinema room provides the perfect space to relax and unwind, while the interior design throughout the property showcases a timeless blend of style, quality and craftsmanship.

From the architectural design to the finishing touches, the builders and homeowners have successfully brought their vision to life, creating a home that is as functional as it is beautiful.

As a Sussex property photographer, it's always a privilege to document projects like this and capture the transformation from concept to completion. Seeing a property evolve from demolition through to a finished luxury residence is a reminder of what can be achieved when talented designers, builders and homeowners work together to create something truly special.
